A very personal message
Hello and welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I deeply understand how overwhelming mental health struggles can be. I’m open about the fact that I’ve experienced depression and anxiety myself, and this lived experience shapes the empathy and understanding I bring to my work.
My own turning point came when I was referred for CBT during a very difficult period of my life. I remember feeling lost, stuck, and unsure how to move forward. CBT helped me make sense of my thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and it gave me the tools to rebuild my life. It was so transformative that I left my corporate career and retrained as a CBT Therapist — driven by a genuine passion to help others find clarity, hope, and direction again.
